Fully insured pet care
We are fully insured as pet sitters with PBI (Pet Business Insurance).
Cover limits include:
- Public Liability £5,000,000
- Injury to Animals £25,000
- Money & Assault £500
- Loss or Theft of Key £10,000
- Travel Costs £1,000
- Loss of Licence £10,000
- Legal Expenses £100,000
- Trade All Risks (Equipment) £1,000
We also hold a valid and up to date DBS check certificate (Disclosure and Barring Service / Criminal Record Disclosure).

Before your first booking we can arrange a free meet & greet so you and your pet feel comfortable with us.
Vaccinations
We ask that pets are up to date with their vaccinations (where applicable).
Behaviour & routine
Please share any behavioural issues, triggers, or special routines (feeding, walking, medication instructions). This helps us provide safe, consistent care.
Emergency contact & vet details
During registration, please provide an emergency contact and your vet details for peace of mind.
Safety note: For everyone’s safety, we may decline bookings if a pet shows aggressive behaviour.
